I'm looking at the ITSolutions theme on my testing server. It's pretty cool and It helps by giving me ideas for design and instruction. The Home Page template is using multiple Widgets Areas for adding content throughout the page. Is this practice something I should adopt in my designs and does it help/affect SEO?

Also my last couple designs using Themler I realized I ended up designing the whole Home page not using andy of CMS
Content Area it was all in the Template Area. Does this practice have any effect on SEO?

Hi,

I do not think that it will affect SEO in major way. In general the headings still use the corresponding heading tags. You can add the content using the desired headings and other elements.
Using widget areas will also make your theme more flexible.

Sincerely,
Hella
