Hello Themler Team. I have another wish. I am working a lot with sites and seo optimization, and there is a really big and important trend that's starting to be important to work with, I am talking about accesibility.

In about a year from now, maybe less, google is going to need to have a font resizer option in any site to help disabled and sight impaired people make the font bigger, and thus make their site more accessible to other people.

This trend is going to define SEO for sites, google will penalize sites that doesn't have this..

So , I would like to wish for a small font resizer control, with a "-" and "+" button for changing the font size. it would be great id there is the regular themler customization for this (like all the css stuff and put a picture), also, i think it can be done fairly easy, the control just needs to hook to the <body> element, and change the font size there..

Anyway, this control in the near future will make themler stand out in the SEO features... I really think it would be an amazing addition, and i assume most of the people here that know SEO have already heard about it.

Thanks for your time, and please vote for this feature!!

Hi,

Currently we do not have such plans. This feature is in backlog. But There should be ready modules for Drupal with he same functionality.

Thank you,
Olivia

Hello,

Is a problem with a theme created in Themler and Drupal. Exist two Drupal modules Text Resize and Text Size. Both work without problem with Bartik (for example) but not work correct with a theme made by Themler. I put this two controls in many places from a page, I inspect HTML code in browser, 'body' tag is set (by Javascript) correct by Drupal module, but has not effect for all web page text elements.

In Europe, Web accessibility is mandatory by laws. We need increase/decrease text functionality.

Please, can developers try to check this modules with Themler and offer a working solution?

Thanks
Nicu

Hi,

I've tested both and they work.
The problem is when you override default font-size defined for BODY the text resize module needs to know where the new font-size is defined. Usually such modules have appropriate options where you can enter classes or IDs.

Thank you,
Olivia
