unable to open old Artisteer template in Aritsteer on Windows 10

Hello,

I am trying to open an old Artisteer project, but unable to do so due to the following error:

"Unable to open file. Path name is not legal. parameter name: Path"

I have tried several locations (Desktop, C:\Data, Network location) and a restart of Windows. But was unable to fix.

Artisteer 4.3.x is running on Windows 10 Pro, 4 GB Ram, Duo processor in VMWare Fusion 8.5.

Please help. It's imparitive to open this project so I can update it to the newest Joomla version, because the site owner had an issue in his CMS... and now the template he is using is corrupted...

Hello, I am using the most recent version. Downloaded yesterday from the artisteer site.

I have made an logging file and it looks like it's not activated... the activation key I have: 0601-2E5F-3936-39BE-36A1
Please can and will you confirm this is correct. In a minute or so I will add the log file, because I am now typing on a mobile device... :)

I see now the verspin I downloaded is 4.3.0.60745.... and downloaded it last friday.....

hello,

After a day of struggle with MS Windows 10, I managed to uninstall de "older version" and installed the new version, I still have the same error when trying to open the old project.
