Will someone please answer the questions I have posted on the forums over 3 hours ago?

I only have 1.5 hours left at work today and would really like to resolve these issues.

1-3 days for support is atrocious. I work in support and if I made my customers wait 1-3 hours I would likely be reprimanded by my boss... 1-3 days and I would be fired. Keep up the good work on the software though. You folks have a fine program in the works and I can see you are in constant development. It would be worth it to hire more support people if it really takes up to three days to help your customers because it takes more than just good software to keep loyal customers.

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. We may require several days when the issues are complicated and do require the developers attention. Easy questions we usually respond in a shorter time.
Also we have added the tags in our forum so users could search for the similar questions that are already solved before posting a new question.
