Hello,

Does the saving dialog appear to define the save location? Is the file saved at the default download destination for Safari browser?

Hello Monika,

In the Library the theme should be present if you save it. Please try to click on Save, the theme folder should appear after this.
Also please try the following
1. Make sure to enable cookies in Safari browser.
2. Please try to open Themler through a browser using this link
http://127.0.0.1:29958/themler_2412024264/startup/

Try different browsers like Safari, Firefox, Chrome and to export. Please let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Hello!
I have the same problem like Monika.
The dialog opens to enter a name for the zip file. But there is no dialog for the saving path.
The system shows, that it is saving, but doesn't tell where.

In Libery I can find a folder with theme data, but no .zip file or clear export.
Trying the link http://127.0.0.1:29958/themler_2412024264/startup/ also has no result (Safari / Firefox both cookies allowed.

Thanks

GiAnthony,

Does the issue happen for you with Themler for Mac or on your live website? If Themler for Mac, then you may try the link http://127.0.0.1:29958/themler_XXXXXXXXXX/startup/ but with other numbers instead of XXXXXXXXXX because they are individual for each installation.
Also please check the default download locations for Safari and Chrome browsers and let us know if the exported theme .zip is saved there.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Hello!
Thanks for your reply.

I use your app lokal on my Mac.
When opening Themler with the link and exporting a zip file is generated.
Export directly from your app doesn't´t work.

Kind regards
Guido

Hi Guido,

I would recommend to, to open Themler in browser for export as a solution. Themler, when run in a browser in this way, is fully functional - in fact, it is just an alternative way.

Hello,

Did you try to open Themler with the link like http://127.0.0.1:29958/themler_XXXXXXXXXX/startup/ and export in this way? The numbers instead of XXXXXXXXXX can be seen when you try Live Preview and look at the URL.

Where do I click? If I click on the Joomla panel there's no function there to export to zip. WHY can't we see the path and choose where to save? It's not a free program and I've actually paid for it.

Hello Cynthia,

Please try to start Themler by putting this URL in a browser address bar (Safari, Chrome or Firefox):
http://127.0.0.1:29958/themler_2401931409/startup/
Then select CMS, open your theme and try exporting it.

Hello,

Please try first to run Themler in a usual way (from the application shortcut) and then try to enter this URL in a browser. This can help.
