Hi there,

Until recently I had an option in the dashboard of my live sites to run Themler and make theme adjustments live.

This option is now missing.
Any ideas or reasons why this is?

In addition,
When I click the Import Contents option I am getting a WordPress error "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

This is happening on several sites I am developing so not an isolated case.

Thank in advance

Hello,

Please refer to the first recommendation from this article:
http://answers.themler.io/articles/65515/themler-themes-issues-wordpress-woocommerce

Additionally, please make sure that the user and group running on the web server are granted the appropriate read, write and execute (linux only) permissions on the following folders, as well as read and write permission on the files in these folders:

\wp-content\uploads
\wp-content\themes
\wp-content\plugins

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Wow,

Thanks Nettie for such a speedy response.

That did the trick.

Strangely, this line is commented as added by Sucuri, which, although I use on all production sites, I have never seen it rewrite the config file,

As the sites I am working on are only in development, I manually install WordPress, including the config file. I have no plugins other than the bare essentials installed at this time and so had not thought of looking.

Thanks again.

Shane
