Hi,

Please make sure that the user and group running on the web server are granted the appropriate read, write and execute permissions on the following folders, as well as read and write permission on the files in these folders:

\wp-content\uploads
\wp-content\themes
\wp-content\plugins

The 403 error is returned by websrver. Theme cannot upload the image to the server for some reason.

Thank you,
Olivia

Hello,

For Joomla please check permissions for these folders, subfolders and files in them:

  root/templates
  root/plugins
  root/tmp

Also some third-party plugin or component can influence this, please try temporarily disabling them.

Sincerely,
Nettie,
BillionDigital Team
