Hello,
the online version of any theme is applied to cloud CMS (Magento in your case) which has the data. When you download the theme you download templates only, without data. Then theme is applied to your local CMS and you need to fill the database with data to make the Magento site output this data.
From the screenshot it looks like you need to fill products at your Magento admin back end and specify product settings and options like price, quantity, sale, etc. And fill Sliders settings under Theme Options if you want to use sliders in your theme.
