Themler installation problem or bug?

I've downloades themler desktopversion foe windows yesterday (3. January 2018) and have installed it on a win 7 PC.
I open themler with Jommla. At the "?" it shows me that themler v319 is installed ?
But:
If i want to update, a popup with an error-message appears:
Die Webseite unter https://themler.com/designer/Account/ExternalLogOn?returnUrl=%2fProfileData ist möglicherweise vorübergehend nicht verfügbar oder wurde dauerhaft an eine neue Webadresse verschoben.
I get the same error-message if I want to import a theme, if I want to save a theme, if I want to export a theme ....

Whats going wrong?

I've tried it in this moment and the issue still exists.
I can't update, save, import and export

Hello Whiley,

Does the issue persist at the moment? Could you try temporarily disabling antivirus, firewall and other third-party applications and also browser add-ons, and try with anothery browser?
