Adding DNN content panes to allow modules to be placed on pages.

For the life of me I cant figure out how to make Themler add a container to allow different content panes, side panes, 3 columns and so on. All i can get is that one that defaults.

I think anyone using this probably left because we waited for this to get fixed for so long. So here is what I am trying to do for example.

Pick a "Section" from themler

Instead of using the text in the rows or columns I want to put containers or panes to place DNN Modules to display content so that they can get edited in those areas. I wish it would do this on its own with the CSS in place for the DNN HTML module to be placed and so on.

I cant figure out how to put 3 columns of an area on a webpage that allows you to place a DNN module in them. Artisteer was easy to do this. Themler has been a downgrade for DNN users and if you wonder why no one uses this I am guessing this is why.

I seen many complaints asking for an update here and all have been left unanswered by your developers. I cant believe anyone would want to buy your product knowing that this could be the end result.

I just want to do what it advertised it was going to allow me to do. Create a web theme for DNN that simply works and allows me to place content in more than one place on the page and in different rows, sidebars and so on.

I can't believe using 0 resources for the people that paid for this to fix one bug in DNN is called an effort to support DNN customers. You have not placed one update since released and I believe my funds since version 3 of Artisteer where all going to be dedicated to help push DNN development forward.

Just please let me know what I can do to put more sections to place DNN modules taht actually works. I wish when I added sections like a 3 row/column section it would automatically place DNN content panes in those areas like Artisteer did...

Thank you for any support!

Hi,

The empty Section or Section from library are static HTML blocks. They do not include controls for CMS modules. But DNN themes support DNN Module Position control which creates additional DNN panes for modules. This control is available under the Insert tab.
In case of Section with 3 columns you should put DNN Module position control inside each column.

Thank you,
Olivia
