Hello,

Did you check directory permissions?
http://answers.themler.io/articles/151814/how-to-install-prestashop-1-7-theme-beta-version#permissions
The 403 error means that there is not enough permissions to access the resource and load image into the theme folder.

Some icons vies in site like some characters, not their logos.

Are these Themler icons or third-party icons?
Could you please try to SAVE theme instead of PUBLISH. Does the issue continue?

Thank you,
Olivia
