Themler support

We bought themler because we had been working with Artisteer for years, which we thought was excellent software.

Since January we have found both in Joomla like Prestashop important bug problems, some have answered us, others have not.

I have more than 3 weeks pending answers.

I do not think it is a recommended software today, I write this post desperate for the lack of support of this company, we are with a development or very advanced we have significant problems with the template and we do not receive any kind of support from the developers.

I am forced to publish these post to see if we can get help, I feel cheated with this purchase, I had not happened before and this is causing a delay in the delivery of our project because of incompatibilities of the software, I can not buy prestashop modules because the template hides positions, among other things ...

Any help please?
