I bought Themler in February this year and had the plugin visible in my Wordpress dashboard.
Recently, my wordpress page got infected. I ordered cleaning and after cleaning the plugin disappeared from the dashboard.
How can I reoad it again? I didn't get any mail with key number as it was when I purchased Artisteer.

Hi,

Themler works on subscription basis. Therefore you don't need license key in order to save changes to the themes in Themler. And it has no relation to theme plugin. The plugin archive is located inside the theme folder in the /plugins folder. Simply install the plugin again.

Thank you,
Olivia

You mean upload the zip file from my computer? I don't remember whether I got any package with the themler. If so, what is the name of the zip file? I have already many themler parts and saved projects in my "uploads" folder that I can not find the right file.

Yes, I made a themler theme, and uploaded it to my WordPress through the dashboard. I activated it, as it is shown in the video tutorial, but themelr icon doesn't appear anywhere so I can't make any changes. I attach the screen shot of my dashboard.

Hello,

Have you checked the option "Include Themler for customizing the theme" on export?

By the way, how do I delate the themes that I don't need any more? There is no crosses, no "delate" signs...

Hello,

Please let us know if you have edited theme after it was installed on your website though - in this case we will try another way to install Themler plugin, wihout installing the whole theme, so that the recent changes made to the theme on your server are kept.
Do you mean deleting themes from Wordpress on your server or in Themler desktop?

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Thank you. It will take me some time to export new theme cos I have themler on the other computer. BTW, can I download the Themler to the second computer and if so, how? I used to work with Artisteer on two computers.

PS I already managed to delete the themes I don't need any more.

Hi,

It might have been disabled on your server side as well.
Please have a look at the following article (part 2).
