Hi Themler,
I use Artisteer "Standard edition" already since 2013 and pay every year my subscription.
Now I would like to start using Themler, but your website displays me the message "Serial Number has already been used. To upgrade with discount please contact to support."
Can you please inform me how this can happen and how I can use Themler then.

Hello Wim,

Looks like you have already ordered a Themler subscription with another email. In this case just log in with that email in Themler and open the http://themler.io/purchase page to see what Themler subscription you can get or upgrade.

I have the same problem, i buy that package with Artisteer 2015, NEVER used, today i want to start Themler and i get this Message.
That means the number is not valid anymore and i cant use that programm, even i pay for it???

Hello,

Possibly you have used the license code previously for Themler but not with your current account - with a different one. Please try to log in with that account - there will be a possibility to upgrade with discount.
