I have been working on an HTML theme, and saving it along the way just in case I needed to close out of the program. I've done this a few times and i have been able to pick up where I left off, but now when I open themler I must start from an "untitled" theme and i cannot find the one I was working on. Almost as if I never created it. Is there a way for me to get this back? I put in a lot of work into it and I know it was saved.

Hello,

The saved themes should be located at the path that is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\wordpress.
Try to copy the theme, zip-compress it and import it in Themler.

Sincerely,
Nettie

Thank you!

When I checked in C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\ it seems the program automatically created another "themler_xxxxxxxxx" folder so that there were two. It was only reading from one folder even when I tried deleting the new one, I just took the html file from the old and copied it to the other and it works.

Hello,

I see, looks like something has influenced the installation so that the second folder was created - usually this happens by reinstallation of Themler desktop. In any case, thanks for letting us know and feel free to contact us if any other questions appear.

Sincerely,
Nettie
