Are your tickets being answered - am I being deliberately ignored?

Hi All

A quick question are your private tickets being answered?

I have one that is 2 weeks old and another that is 6 days old and neither have had a single response from support - despite them telling me on a public thread they would 'check my tickets' 5 days ago!

Is this the same experience that everyone is having?

I note that support are answering public forum posts within 24 hours! So I have to ask are they doing this for show? Or have my tickets just been missed as an anomaly!

I've never felt as let down by a support service from a software vendor ever. The 1-3 days was always poor but 2 weeks means I will never feel comfortable using this software for client work ever again after I finish current projects.

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Same experience here. I posted question two weeks ago, no answer, I moved question to another thread. My feeling is that the main focus is now new product, Nicepage and it seems to me that existing Themler clients are not really warmly welcomed, if I look at discount they offer for us. So instead of developing Themler, they developed new product and I hope we are now not left out ...

Well I'm at four weeks now so I would suggest no response is ever likely to come so you're better off trying to get community help with a public post. (support also seem to respond to these probably so that new buyers think they are actually active)
