Hello everyone,
I've been trying to save my template upon changes to the website and I've been getting the "server unavailable" message since yesterday. This is very bad since the company's website really needs an update.
Is this still the bug to be fixed that other people are complaining about?

I hope this helps.
I've had the same issue. I periodically use one of those "Hide my IP" type extensions. If you use these, try turning it off and try again. Worked for me.

Thanks jmstark. Do you recommend any particular extension?
Just to clarify: 1)instal the ext 2)turn it on 3)turn it off (:D) 4)it might work?

Thanks again & regards,
Frederico

Hello Frederico,

We could not reproduce the issue, it looks like the issue in not on our server side. If disabling browser extensions does not help, please also try temporarily disabling antivirus and firewall, they may block connection to servers.

Sincerley,
Nettie
