How to fix error 503 "Server is unavailable"

Hi everyone!

Due to the recent update of our servers, some of our customers who use the old version of Themler may encounter error 503 "Server is unavailable".

In order to fix this issue, you need to clear your browser's AppCache.

If you're working in Google Chrome please follow these steps:

  • Type in the address bar:
    chrome://appcache-internals/

  • Find all records related to websites where you have Themler theme installed and the records with billiondigital.com, themler.com addresses, and remove them by clicking on "Remove Item".
    Then restart Themler.

If you're working with Themler Desktop version, please use the following solution:

  • Close Themler application.

  • Find the folder:
    C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Themler

  • Rename it and restart Themler Desktop.

Hello,
1. I was deleted app-cache (chrome)
2. I was deleted Themler from my computer and reinstall with latest downloaded version

Problem still exist, server is unavailable. What I can do with that problem?

Can you please add this as a new line to your hosts file on the computer you using with Themler

91.109.27.98 generator.billiondigital.com

Hosts file usually placed here
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

then reboot your computer and try again.

Please try to run the editor as administrator.

Also, our developers have made some changes on the servers once more, so if you still have such issues, please try to follow the suggestions with clearing AppCache once more.

To uprgade Themler itself to the latest version, please open Themler theme and click on "Upgrades (1)" on the top.

I fixed the problem. In my case clean AppCache was not enough but ... I cleaned browser history. Now all is ok. Thank you for your answers.

Если вы работаете с версией Themler Desktop, используйте следующее решение:

Закрыть приложение Themler.

Найдите папку:
C: \ Users [имя_пользователя] \ AppData \ Local \ Themler

Переименуйте его и перезапустите Themler Desktop.

А переименовать на что нужно?

Переименовать можно на что угодно, например, на Themler_old, при перезапуске создастся новая папка Themler.

Здравствуйте, скажите, пожалуйста, а почему полностью остановились ответы по тикетам? Уже почти месяц я не получаю ответ, на два других тикета тоже по 2-3 недели
