sono due giorni che in fase di realizzazione tema, themler desktop, una volta avviato riscontra un errore di risposta server. Non è possibile utilizzare il programma da locale perchè il vostro server non fa connettere. non è un problema di connessione del mio computer perchè l'errore viene riscontrato solo con themler desktop. Ho da poco rinnovato la licenza. Vorrei chiarimenti in merito alla tempistica di risoluzione del problema perchè mi state rallentando nel mio lavoro. ancora non capisco perchè non abbiate creato un programma fisico per pc invece di un collegamento internet che poi genera errori di connessione al server. Ho già provato svariate volte a disinstallare/riavviare e reinstallare themler ma il problema sussiste. ho disinstallato il programma nuovamente, riavviato e reinstallato e sono riuscito a lavorare un progetto ieri mattina. ieri pomeriggio lancio il programma e mi ridà l'errore 127.0.0.1:12080. Fatemi capire, ma ogni volta che devo lavorare devo reinstallare tutto? perchè così non è possibile lavorare e mi rallentate nel mio lavoro.
Premetto ho sempre usato il software su pc windows 10 pro con defender attivo e non ho mai avuto problemi di sorta. ho anche sbloccato le porte del firewall per non avere intoppi ma il programma se va una volta poi ripresenta l'errore ed inoltre non salva i progetti. ho tentato per l'ennesima volta a disinstallare il programma, riavviato ed ho installato una versione precedente aggiornandola successivamente. Chrome version 74.0.3729.108.
Ho sbloccato le porte del firewall anche per apache e mysql, rinominato la cartella chromedata in chromedata_1.
Avviato themler ho premuto f12 per disabilitare la cache, idem ho fatto anche su chrome.
Non vi è soluzione a questo problema. l'errore continua a presentarsi ed ho notato che il programma crea automaticamente una cartella chromedata e riattiva da solo la cache ad ogni riavvio. allego immagine dell'errore che mi presenta. non è possibile lavorare. ho rinnovato la licenza per ritrovarmi con un programma buggato che non funziona. Adesso basta. o lo risolvete o mi rimborsate pena denuncia alle autorità per truffa telematica. Non ci credo alla diceria che abbiate abbandonato il progetto perchè se fosse così non offrireste il software in vendita..

Dear Themler,

Had I known that your support would be so BAD I would have never purchased your application? In all honesty, it is beyond bad - have to wait 3 weeks for a response and sometimes I don't even get any feedback. With that being said ANYONE new to themler that want to buy it - I suggest you consider your options because you left on your own after purchasing the application.

10 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD NOT BUY THEMLER!

1 - Sites built with themler are NOT responsive. They say it is - But it's not nor is it mobile friendly. The mobile design view is not accurate either. And moving stuff around in mobile view sometimes screws up the site in normal view. Even when editing on desktop view something that is supposed to take 5 minutes can take forever to try and fix.
2 - Its a real headache with footers as sometimes it displays correctly sometimes it don't
3 - Support sometimes reply if you're lucky.
4 - It's not user-friendly when building more complicated sites - The themes they show are pretty basic - Im talking about a bit more advanced themes with additional navigation and stickys.
5 - Building the site I had it corrupt twice and had to start from scratch again.
6 - Does not work well with 3rd party visual editors / plugins which actually works better than themler. Like WP bakery etc.
7 - There are cheaper and better alternative options available with better support
8 - Some functions and features are lacking - if you compare visual builder with others
9 - Sites are slow
10. - 3 weeks later no reply from support.

Hope I got your attention now. Artisteer was awesome and the support was there.
Any support based system should have at least 24 / 48 hours response time to any ticket.

Pull your socks up themler team!

That being said, your application has great potential.
Unfortunately, you are not backing it up.

Nicepage is a simple tool for all others (not developers and not designers).

But Nicepage is limited... just look [NP templates][1] - it's all the same, just random photos. They called this WEB 3.0 :) This is ok for small projects with onepage, but not for powefull websites. And Themler [can do this WEB 3.0][2] as well.

Very sad that BillionDigital can't work on all this two projects.

There is only one hope: Nicepage will be finished at 99% and then maybe will be time for Themler 2.0.

But we need to ask BillionDigital for this.

It's almost 06 months now since the last update came out.
Is there going to be any update containing new features?

Just wondering that too, I see Nicepage is being developed and advertised like crazy.

It looks like they have stopped working on Themler.
We've seen the same happened with Artisteer too in the past.

In Artisteer era, they were working on Themler and stopped development of Artisteer and now they are working on Nicepage and left Themler out.

Nicepage can be a good product, but at this moment Themler is more powerful and have more features (more ways to customize things)

Hello

Looking at the previous progress and the frequency of updates, it's probably themler died ... and it's a pity because I bought subscriptions.

That's what bothering me.
My subscription is about to expire next month.
If Themler is not going to be updated, then they should lower the renewal prices upto 70%.
Because it doesn't seem appropriate to buy/renew subscriptions just to use images and sections.

However, Themler is still more powerful than NicePage and I am very disappointed to see it dying.

Ive got a error when i want to go themler in admin panel. i use prestashop 1.7.5. How to fix ?
