Please renew the VirtueMart licence

Hello,

I updated my Themler subscription today and as I do not do webshops any more I did not update the Virtuemart licence. Updating the Themler template on one website worked fine but now I try to update a template with a combined Virtuemart license I get a message I need to disable the store licence. I did do disable he store template through settings but it gives me the same error over and over again and now I cannot upgrade.

Please help.

Hi Nettie,

I disabled all Virtuemart, Component, modules and plugins but I get the same message when I try to update.

Hello,

Please make sure to remove all store templates. I would recommend you to make a backup copy of the theme before this (for example, to export it as Zip with Themler editor included). Then clear cache and AppCache: http://answers.themler.com/articles/14063/how-to-clear-appcache

I uninstalled VirtueMart completely, saved the theme and now I could update the theme to a newest version.
