Internal Server Error (500) saving on dektop

Dear Team,
I get a popup alert while I saving my template.
It is NOT an uploaded and opened-from-Joomla temlate! It's still only on my desktop software.
I cannot be able to save and export as zip file.
Is there any solution for this? I use a payed license, so I need a stable software to continue my work!
I attached a bug screen.
Please help asap.
