Hi,

I have tried all the suggestions previously provided in various posts about this. This issue was becoming more frequent recently, and now I can't use Themler at all anymore as it persists all the time.

I tried:

  1. Disabling all anti-virus and firewall options (using Windows 10 with standard MS security essentials)
  2. Renaming the Themler folder in C:\Users[XXXX]\AppData\Local and restarting the application
  3. Ensuring proxies are off on my network connection

Can you please assist?

Hello,

Is the issue present for you in Themler for Drupal only or also in other CMS?

Sincerely,
Nettie

Hi Nettie,

I think this error is triggered by the choppy wifi connection I'm experiencing. I would have to check again when I'm on a more stable connection. Can that be the case, does Themler get locked in this error cycle if the connection is temporarily lost or slow?

Hello,

Yes, this can be the case if the connection is temporary lost. Themler desktop requires connection to servers not so much as Themler online, however there should be internet connection on the computer all the time. Another reason can be some firewall, antivirus, VPN or Chrome browser add-ons that may block connection to servers.

Sincerely,
Nettie
