File doen not exist but why?

Hello,

Please make sure you have exported the project as Themler theme using this Artisteer version:
www.artisteer.com/media/p4/files/Artisteer.4.3.0.60928.exe
Let us know if the issue is still present.

On Artisteer I get the Message "Verbindung mit aktivierubngsservice unmöglich" what means activation with the activationservice not possible. I deactivated the firewall but I get still the message.

Hello,

I have just tried it now with my Artisteer installation, and activation is successful. Could you please try to temporarily disable also antivirus, VPN and/or any other third-party software that may block connection?

Ok, now activation is succesful, but with the Import to Themler i have still the same failure.

I dont have a ordner in C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_35727126\joomla\templates\untitled\editor\themes

Sorry but could you please pur the .artx into a folder, zip it and then attach, as at the moment I cannot download the attached file most probably because of the format.

Now I can import the theme into Themler, Thanks. Is there something wrong with my Artisteer export function?
I have more Artisteer templates which are not working.

Hello,

Please make sure you export the theme in the correct way: in the Export tab select Themler option and then in the dialog screen select Joomla.
