Hello Pawel,

If the setting provided in Themler for autoplay doesn't work on your end, try adding this piece of the code to the end of the youtibe video URL:

?autoplay=1

Cette solution ?autoplay=1 a la fin du code ne fonctionne pas.
Merci pour une solution de votre part parce que les vidéos sont visibles (Autoplay) sur mon ordinateur mais pas sur d'autres ordinateurs.

Autoplaying videos is quite a complicated issue, as many browsers are fighting against it, because it can be used to create a bad user experience.

Chrome with its latest versions limited down videos, that they can only autoplay if the video is muted. This is just one of their limitations. The other one is, that a video can only start if the user had interaction with your website, meaning he clicked anywhere on it. Because of this we modified our code too, to start the video, if the user clicks anywhere on your page, as this is the best we could do and there are no workarounds.

See the official announcement https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/09/autoplay-policy-changes

There is many other limitation depended on browser, devise and os.

Autoplay is prevented by some browsers on desktop and on mobile.
If adding autoplay=1 to the video link doesn't work, you will need to add the video using html (this would require maual editing of the code) to look like this:

<video controls autoplay muted>
  <source src="movie.mp4" type="video/mp4">
  <source src="movie.ogg" type="video/ogg">
  Your browser does not support the video tag.
</video>

Please note that "muted" is required for the video to autoplay.
Reach us in a separate case if you need help with coding.
