Can't export, update and log in

Hi
From yesterday I couldn't be able to either export a theme, update a theme or log in to the Themler app, every time I export or update it asks me to log in if i wasn't logged in so a window pops up saying 'The connection was reset' below a sad face when I hover the mouse over it.

What is going on? is it a bug or something else, I have attached a screenshot.

The problem doesn't happen to all users so it is more likely related to your network.
Could you please try:
- disable firewall, proxy and antivurs and retry
- if it doesn't help, then also , restart your computer and wifi router as well

Hello,

I have the same problem too. I tried everything you recommended, but nothing happened.

But we realized that the login button access to https://www.themler.com and this address does not work in the browser too.
Can you check it please?

I tried disabling firewall, proxy and antivirus, nothing changed, then I restarted my computer and wifi router nothing changed all the same.

I have projects that are delayed cause of this, please help.

What if I uninstall and reinstall the app will I lose the saved work and themes? how would I save it before uninstalling and reinstalling?

Nothing has changed yet still the same problem, I have work been delayed cause I cant export, update and log in.
Please tell me how can I save or where are the work I did in Themler are saved? I will try to uninstall and reinstall it.

  1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer if there are any. The path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\wordpress.
  2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
  3. Check if the following folders are still present:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
    C:\ProgramData\Themler
  4. If they exist, remove them.
  5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
  6. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
  7. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.io, install it and try to start with Themler for any CMS and create a theme.

Just before I started backing up the files I just tried to log in before I proceed and it worked fine export, update and log in, not sure what had happened but its working fine now. I could start working.

Is there any chance you can help me too asap, please? I cannot log in and finish my work due this "Connection was reset" issue (ERR_CONNECTION_RESET) again... It seems to try to connect to "https://themler.com/designer/Account/ExternalLogOn?returnUrl=%2fProfileData" address, but it fails.

I have exactly the same problem as when I started this thread, I think you have changed some server setting for it to work before, I have work to complete too.

Still no change... I know, I am annoying, but I really have to finish my work. I have lost a lot of time with it and tomorrow I must show what I have. Due this issue I have nothing :-(
