Can't export, update and log in

Hi
From yesterday I couldn't be able to either export a theme, update a theme or log in to the Themler app, every time I export or update it asks me to log in if i wasn't logged in so a window pops up saying 'The connection was reset' below a sad face when I hover the mouse over it.

What is going on? is it a bug or something else, I have attached a screenshot.

its not my cach its not my computer its the them editor on wordpress
I cant work like that
pleas help me!!!

Hello Solomon,
Try disabling firewall, proxy and antivirus.
Then log in on themler.io site.
Then open themler editor.

If it still doesn't work, please create private case and provide us temporary access to your site.
