I purchased the personal account last week, I never received a product key and I'm unable to save any work done in themler to my WordPress site.
I am still getting the oops you need a license key error message.

Hello,

You just need to sign in with your email and password to Themler, no license code is needed. Do you use WooCommerce plugin on your Wordpress website?

Sincerely,
Nettie

Hi Nettie,

my developer has a subscription to themler, he advised me to purchase my own for $49 to make changes to the theme in my WordPress website that utilizes woocommerce.

I purchased a new subscription of themler and it is not syncing with woocommerce in my website and persistently shows the "oops" message.

so it seems that there may be two subscriptions to themler, one that is already synced to my website (by developer) that has the current theme, and the new subscription that I purchase which I tried to export the current theme to make adjustments and edits to.

how do I get a solution and get the new version that are recently purchased to be active/default?

Hello,

Themler Personal subscription makes it possible to edit Wordpress themes, but for themes with WooCommerce minimum ECommerce subscription is required. Or if you don't need shop templates, you may disable them and the theme will be possible to be save or exported as Wordpress theme without wooCommerce.

Sincerely,
Nettie

Let me try to be a little bit more clear.
When in the admin of my WordPress site I am unable to save updates / changes made to the current themler. When I attempt to save any updates /changes I get the "oops" error about expired license key.

So I purchased the personal account for $49 as a solution with the impression that I would now be able to change an update freely to the current theme. However that is not the case.

So to be clear I am wanting to make minor adjustments to the current theme. I purchased the personal subscription but I am unable to save, upload, download. How can I make the new subscription purchased the primary or the default?
Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for the explanation. The first thing to check is if you are logged in with your email and password in the top right corner. If so, your subscription is used.
However this subscription does not allow saving Woocommerce themes, that is, themes with WooCommerce plugin enabled and store templates presentin Themler. Is this the case?

Sincerely,
Nettie
