When I create a HTML theme with the desktop for Mac version, I try to "Export as Zip". However, the file is nowhere to be found on my Mac despite a deep search for ZIP files.

Where does this export vanish to? I have a screen capture showing no dialog response once I click the button. In addition, it doesn't seem to be any connection between themes created in the desktop version, and themes created in the online version. Shouldn't these by syncing up?

Hello,

Please try to look for the file at the default save location for Safari browser or on the Desktop. If you still cannot locate the file, please try to open Themler through a browser using a link like this
http://127.0.0.1:29958/themler_XXXXXXXXXX/startup/
The exact numbers are visible in Themler Live Preview.

Try different browsers like Safari, Firefox, Chrome and to export.

As a temporary solution, you may copy the theme manually from the folder with themes. Please click Go >> Go to Folder >> type ~/Library and ENTER >> Themler >> hd_data >> cms >> choose CMS and access the themes folder, copy the theme, zip it and install on your hosted website.

Relating the second question - no, themes created with Themler desktop are saved locally and themes installed on your hosted website or locahost are saved there. They are not synchronized.

Sincerely,
Nettie
