Problems starting themler

Good day
I have been trying for several hours to get Themler running on Windows 10.
I have reinstalled Themler (and also Chrome) several times in the current version. Unfortunately without success. After the installation, I can start Themler first and also select Joomla as CMS, but then it comes to an error message (picture attached) and Themler crashes. When I restart Themler I always get the error message: "Retry?"

I have deactivated firewall and anti-virus program.

The Developer tool indicates as an error message:
GET http://127.0.0.1:12080/favicon.ico 404 (Not Found)
start.js?version=f8916f695adf57bcf44ba18ee14063408a4b576d:22508 Request error:SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input

Attached I send you the result of the Themler Diagnostics.

Same Problem since yesterday...
When i make "Erneut versuchen" or "Abbrechen" - after i become Popup "Retry?"...
This is by Templates with Version 478 - Template with 475 will go online in Joomla Backend. In Firefox it will work. I think, this is a Chrome Update Problem???

I have only problems with the desktop application.
On my website I can open themler without problems. In google chrome!

I manage 20 sites. "Retry" error message is displayed on all the sites and editing is not possible.

Yes, I get it on my hosted website as well! But only with google chrome. With firefox all works fine!

sono due giorni che in fase di realizzazione tema, themler desktop, una volta avviato riscontra un errore di risposta server. Non è possibile utilizzare il programma da locale perchè il vostro server non fa connettere. non è un problema di connessione del mio computer perchè l'errore viene riscontrato solo con themler. Ho da poco rinnovato la licenza. Vorrei chiarimenti in merito alla tempistica di risoluzione del problema perchè mi state rallentando nel mio lavoro. ancora non capisco perchè non abbiate creato un programma fisico per pc invece di un collegamento internet che poi genera errori di connessione al server. Ho già provato svariate volte a disinstallare/riavviare e reinstallare themler ma il problema sussiste. ho disinstallato il programma nuovamente, riavviato e reinstallato e sono riuscito a lavorare un progetto ieri mattina. ieri pomeriggio lancio il programma e mi ridà l'errore 127.0.0.1:12080. Fatemi capire, ma ogni volta che devo lavorare devo reinstallare tutto? perchè così non è possibile lavorare e mi rallentate nel mio lavoro.
Premetto ho sempre usato il software su pc windows 10 pro con defender attivo e non ho mai avuto problemi di sorta. ho anche sbloccato le porte del firewall per non avere intoppi ma il programma se va una volta poi ripresenta l'errore ed inoltre non salva i progetti. ho tentato per l'ennesima volta a disinstallare il programma, riavviato ed ho installato una versione precedente aggiornandola successivamente.
Ho sbloccato le porte del firewall anche per apache e mysql, rinominato la cartella chromedata in chromedata_1.
Avviato themler ho premuto f12 per disabilitare la cache, idem ho fatto anche su chrome.
Non vi è soluzione a questo problema. l'errore continua a presentarsi ed ho notato che il programma crea automaticamente una cartella chromedata e riattiva da solo la cache ad ogni riavvio. allego immagine dell'errore che mi presenta. non è possibile lavorare. ho rinnovato la licenza per ritrovarmi con un programma buggato che non funziona. Adesso basta. o lo risolvete o mi rimborsate pena denuncia alle autorità per truffa telematica. Non ci credo alla diceria che abbiate abbandonato il progetto perchè se fosse così non offrireste il software in vendita..
Inoltre in una vostra guida parla della modalità debug che su windows 10 guarda caso non esiste. mi sono stufato!!

time? I have 20 sites to create and my clients certainly don't expect your comfort. solve the fucking problem because I get the balls full. I renewed the license and demand that the program work. it's not working since November, I checked the forum

We are sorry for the inconvenience. It has appeared recently, and is definitely not since November. There must have been another temporary issue at that time and it was solved quickly - only the error message was similar.
As for the current issue - our developers do their best to fix the issue as soon as possible.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. It has appeared recently, and is definitely not since November. There must have been another temporary issue at that time and it was solved quickly - only the error message was similar.
As for the current issue - our developers do their best to fix the issue as soon as possible.

is not enough. I think I speak for others. We have all signed up for a subscription who for the first time and those for more time like me, reply belatedly and do not resolve quickly. But what answers do you give? ask for time! but what time. Move and solve. The stupid thing is that from the desktop the server does not communicate, while if I act as a host, the watcher themler communicates with the server. I think this is bullshit !!!

I can edit Firefox but not chrome and edge.
It is not a fundamental problem solution.

Now I launched Themler in Firefox and did a BETA UPDATE. Then I could edit in Chrome.

further information regarding operation.
desktop version: basic uses chrome and cannot be started with edge or firefox. obviously server error and program that does not work.
no-desktop version: I tested the blank theme on free host, always with chrome latest version. The creation works perfectly without running into server / cache errors. idem with edge. Firefox I haven't used in years
