Hello,

Please follow the steps below:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer if there are any. The path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\wordpress.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
7. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.io, install it and try to start with Themler for any CMS and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie

Made according to your recommendations.
Uninstall themler
Removed C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Themler
Removed C: \ ProgramData \ Themler
Rebooted Windows 10 v1903
Installed Themler2.1.0.441.e3ce2
Updated
Repeated the process several times.
С обновлениями и без обновлений, the result is always the same.

Themler product quality is bad! $ 129 thrown to the wind! It's horrible! Your artisteer was better.
Works locally, few errors.
I will never buy from you.

Hello,

We are sorry for the issue.
Could you please also try the following:
1) close Themler
2) open Windows Explorer and type %LocalAppData% in the address bar
3) find & rename Themler directory
4) start Themler again
Meanwhile we recommend to try installing default Themler theme on your hosted website or localhost to work there.

Also - we have edited your latest message so that it doesn't contradict our forum policy. Thanks for understanding.

Sincerely,
Nettie
