Hello,

I'am running on Joomla 3.9.11 and Virtuemart 3.6.0 and get 'Sorry, an error has occurred. Please clear your browser cache error' by opening Themler.

I installed Virtuemart 3.4.2 (an old version) and the error is gone and i can access Themler. In Themler there was an update available so i ran this. So far so good. After this i updated Virtuemart again to 3.6.0 The error is back.

I'am using the Themler inside Joomla (i did not installed Themler on my desktop, it was de-installed).

Please solve.

This needs to be fixed soon. It is the Virtuemart 3.60 update that is causing this.

A temporary solution;
rename the Administrator> Components> com_virtuemart folder in e.g. com_virtuemart22
Then start Themler, which then starts with an error message
rename the Administrator> Components> com_virtuemart22 folder back to com_virtuemart.
In Themler click File> Refresh Content.
This works for me!

Добрый день, я тоже обновил до Virtuemart 3.6 не мог открыть шаблон Themler, получаю ошибку "Очистите кэш браузера".
Нашел временное решение, Для редактирования шаблона Themler я отключаю в панели администратора компонент Virtuemart, потом открываю шаблон Themler затем включаю компонент Virtuemart и приступаю к редактированию шаблона.
Надеюсь разработчики Themler исправят эту ошибку в кратчайшее время.

Same problem here.
But there is a temporary fix (easier than the change folder name fix).
1) In the admin menu go to extensions/manage/manage
2) Search for virtuemart, then disable virtuemart (the component)
3) In a new webpage go to your themler template and click edit template, and then themler opens but with a "missing page" error
4) In your other webpage now change back the virtuemart component to enabled
5) Then in themler click the reload page button and themler now works (but you have to re-do these steps each time you want to edit the template, so pleease Themler devs fix this, also there seems to be some front end bugs now with VM 3.6, for new made products the product name doesn't show and generic child product attribute doesn't show either).
