Hello. Trying to convert an Artisteer Wordpress theme to Themler from within Wordpress. Everything seems to be fine until Themler start to update the theme. I get the message "The theme is being updated", a pause, then "Server error. Server is unavailable." There is no recovery at this point. Problem is highly reproducible.

Artisteer theme was built using version 4.3.0.60928. I am using Wordpress 4.9.11. Have tried this using Firefox on a Mac, as well as Chrome on a PC, with the same result. I've tried disabling security software on both Mac and PC. Also tried disabling firewall and Cloudflare on the server. Also tried using the desktop version on a PC. None of these made any difference.

Theme contains content, if that matters.

I'm exhausted and have run out of things to try. Please advise what to do next. Thx.

Any insights on this, Nettie? I'm anxious to get back on this project.

I put the site up with an Artisteer theme temporarily, just to get SOMETHING online. But that's not a good scheme long-term, since (1) Artisteer is no longer maintained, and (2) it doesn't run on a Mac.

We are terribly sorry for delay in response. Could you please try to import and update the attached theme? If the issue is still present, please re-attach your initial .artx project put into a folder and zipped.

Thank you. Looks like you recreated the theme in Themler. That helps me out of my current situation, and I appreciate it. However I'll be back in the same fix next time it happens. It sure would be handy to know how to get around this problem whenever it occurs.

Hello,

After you export a theme from Artisteer to Themler, please try first to import it in Themler desktop, and then save and export from it again. This can help. If the issue happens also after this, please contact us with the theme attached.
