Hi at the website kwekerijvandeven.nl i get the message please clear your browser cache when i want to open the editor

I have tried all the suggestions from
http://answers.themler.io/questions/190111/sorry-an-error-has-occurred-please-clear-your-browser-cache

I have also tried Firefox, but it doesn't bring me the solution

I have also switched between PHP 7.2 and 7.3, but also the same result

Do you have any other suggestions?

I have the same problem with PHP 7.3, not PHP 7.2.

The solution above (link) does not work for me, no answer from support since 3 weeks.

Any idea?

Do you have the same experience, there is no more or almost no support for themler?

Hello,

Please try to update the theme to the latest Themler version, v.487. Does the issue persist after this? Also - is there any difference if you enable/disable SEF in Joomla?

I can not update to the latest version because the theme editor won't open after the error message as described above

Hello,

Could you please try to copy the theme via FTP, zip-compress it and then import in Themler desktop. Then update the theme to the latest version, export it under a different name and install in your Joomla.

this almost worked. I was able to download and compress the theme. I was also able to update the theme in the desktop version. But now i am not able to export it. When i try to export i don't get a file or file location chooser

I use version Mac 1.0.319 (fe25b)

And i also tried this solution with another theme.
With this other theme i get a message at import
Import Failed: We are sorry, only 'Joomla' Themler's are supported
I have added this as attachment

  1. Please try this solution but instead of Export click Go >> Go to Folder >> type ~/Library and ENTER >> Themler >> hd_data >> cms >> choose CMS and access the themes folder, copy the theme, zip it.

  2. Looks like the theme was imported with the option "Include Themler" not checked. Please make sure to check this option on export.

Can i also do this the other way arround. It is right that the theme was exported in the past with the themler editor. The problem now is that i don't have the original version anymore, only the version that is on the website (without the editor).

Or if it is easier on a Windows machine. I also use a Windows 10 machine

Hello,

If you have the theme created initially with Themler desktop (either on Mac or on Windows) you can anyway try to copy it from local folder on your computer. On Windows the folder should be like C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\joomla

As i said.I did not make this on the desktop version. I have created it with the online editor, then saved it without the editor included, and that is the only version i have. Do you still have solution for me? Can i add the editor in anyway?

Now I see. Unfortunately it is not possible to add the editor back to the theme exported without it.
Hopefully itis not the case with the other themes.
