Hi,

My subscription is about to expire and should be renewed .... but ... Nothing new comes out, the problems with PHP 7.3 have not yet been resolved, so why do I have to pay to renew?

I looked for nicepage, but you don't even have hover options with buttons and icons. Aren't those basic options?
When can we expect something new for Themler or should we no longer renew it? Nicepage is also not an option since it is still in its infancy.

I find Themler much better than Nicepage and for some reason my web hotel won't accept the plugins. :-( I hope there will be upgrades for Themler.

Nicepage is not an alternative! For me, Themler is completely useless! I will not extend Nicepage.

Nothing happens here anymore and the support does not answer anymore. Apparently they try to get rid of us as ours.

I'm considering an alternative to searching for Themler, but would like to continue working with the software.

Maybe Thinkler will reconsider his attitude and invest a little more in Themler again.

Sincerely, Thorsten

It's looking pretty grim for us Themler suckers. First Artisteer, now Themler. They assured us we would be good to go with this and I fell for it. Now it's another Artisteer, dead and gone.

They are advertising Nicepage on the web I think, so they think they have a winner this time. I have plans to inform the world of this company if they don't come clean soon. Not a threat but someone has to warn the people they are not stable and will not stand by anything they create. Nicepage will be a dustbin someday too. They will all be in our boat if they choose this company. I've stood by them for years. 2010 to be exact. Yes Themler, I have been buying your products for 9 years. You can't expect me to be happy now with this treatment?

Absolutely a shame. I love this program and dread redoing 35 websites completely over again because of this. If they could of been honest 12 months ago, I would have only 20 to do now. Joomla 4 is coming and I'll be completely F**ked if I cannot upgrade them.

This forum is just a SPAM machine now.

The service could write that it's over and everybody would go their own way and there would be no frustration

first we bought Artisteer.... Then they pulled us over to Themler, and collect our money....
Everybody knows Artisteer is death already...
Now they try to pull us over to Nicepage... and collect our money AGAIN!
It seems like Themler experiencing a slow death.

So ... they try to let history repeat itself!

There are no answers from Support over 4 weeks or more.

After my experiences with artisteer and now themler this company will not be my future partner anymore.

I have some sites created with themler and cannot update to php 7.3 because if no support. What shall I say to my customers?

BAD!!

What you mean by this? What's the problem?
I have several Joomla websites running on PHP 7.3 with Themler templates without any problem.

greetings

I had the same problem and found a solution: you need to upload the template on a site where the old version of PHP is running (not 7.x.x). Then you can update the template in themler, download it as zip file and you can install it at a website where PHP 7.x.x is running. Now you also make changes again if you want at the site where PHP 7.x.x. is running

Yes this is very sad. Themler did all that I wanted and was a decent product. I was a sucker and purchased nicepage but it just seemed to make onepage websites. And not compatible with my existing Themler website. I too got sucked in with Artisteer originally. Today I notice that my google maps aren't showing as they are http while my site is https. Themler wouldn't work on PHP 7.3 . So its just a matter of time before this fine product dies. Why on earth would we trust nicepage not to be killed at any minute too? I would renew the Themler licence but it seems to be abandonware.

Hello everybody,

The latest Themler version supports the latest PHP, the latest Joomla and the latest Virtuemart. So in general we can recommend updating the theme (for example, in Themler desktop) and then installing it in Joomla on your websites.
If there are still any specific issues with it, please create new private topics so that we could look at the issue closer.
We remind once more that Themler is not going to be abandoned and support for new CMS/Ecommerce plugins is added alongside with the issue fixes.
The latest update is v.487 and you may need to enable Beta update notifications in your profile to see it in your Themler themes.

César M.,
Indeed, you post was hidden and the other post was edited due to our policy - there were links to third-party products there. Thanks for understanding.

Pitter and Seppe,

Looks like your topics are answered. If there is still anything not resolved, we will gladly continue communication there.

Sincerely,
Nettie

Hello Nettie, how about a Christmas present for your loyal paid customer then? We've waited long enough. Can your developer spend a few days on us for some updates we have been asking for?

Off Canvas menu needs to be finished
jquery needs to be updated
Google fonts are out dated
Icons are very outdated

Everything else works, just need a little TLC for us. It's been more than long enough. Years, I think?

Thank you
