Hi, I have problem with importing my themes through Chrome which was composed under Artisteer. But it imported fine through FireFox when I uninstall my Chrome. I don't want to uninstall my Chrome every time when I want to import a theme. How can I force Themler to run through FireFox?

Hello Alex,

If you are using Google Chrome, try this:
1) navigate to:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'
2) navigate to:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).
3) Reload your Themler Editor.
This should help making it work.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to force Themler switch to FF. Is FF your default browser?

I navigated to chrome://appcache-internals. It shows
Application Cache
Instances in: C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default (0)

There is nothing to be removed.
FF is my default browser now since I had the problem.
What can I do. I need to import an Artisteer file sometimes.

I will report this to the developers.
Meanwhile, you can either stick to Firefox or use Themler Desktop for Artisteer files.
