When making changes to the web template https://agroforestalycinegetica.com/administrator/index.php
Admin: AdminAYC
Password: ¿?AyCl(CREAL)20170126Enero?¿
I have the same error that we have treated on the web http://podologomanuelchamorro.es/administrator/index.php
I tried to apply this solution to the template http://answers.themler.io/articles/173620/how-to-fix-the-error-after-updating-to-joomla-3-9 but it has not worked.
I ask you, please, to help me solve the problem.
I have attached the file whit template that we have saved

Hello,

Your theme version is very old for Joomla version you use now. It is always better to update Themler theme first before updating Joomla version.

You can access your site via ftp, go to "templates" folder, zip the folder of your theme and open it with Themler desktop. Then update the theme to v484 (or later) and re-install to the site.

I have done the work that you have indicated to me, but when I open it in Themler I get a message that says: Retry?
When you click OK, it does not progress, and if I cancel it, the following message appears: Sorry, an error has occurred.
Please clear your browser cache.
After cleaning the browser following the same errors.

URGENT: THIS IS A PUBLIC TICKET WITH VALID SUPERUSER CREDENTIALS!

I don't speak spanish or italian (whatever language that is) but CHANGE YOUR CREDENTIALS IMMEDIATELY! I was able to login to the backend of your website from belgium succesfully. If i wanted i could have DELETED EVERYTING AND CRIPPLED YOUR SITE. By the looks of it you don't have software like akeeba backup installed, so this would have killed your website!

Backup now and CHANGE THAT LOGIN IMMEDIATELY

@Themler, change this ticket to private, right now
