Joomla Update Notification for Template

Hello, I would like to see a update notification in my Joomla updates for Themler updates. It obviously does not have to update the theme only show there is an update.

This would be key to managing my sites and keeping things updated. Opening the theme on every site to check the version is time consuming.

At the very least allow the theme version to be showing in the template or extension manager area. Now it just says version 1.0 which is useless.

Dave ,

As mentioned in the other thread, your suggestion is sent to the development team.

As a workaround, version can be manually added to theme description under Settings (see attached), you can then see it in template.css file.

Good morning
What is the use of this solution?
I have more or less 20 sites using Themler.
Your solution still means I need to open every website-theme to see if it needs to update.
Like Dave said, it's still time consuming.

Greetings

I understand the troubles it causes. As mentioned, the feature is added to the wishlist.
When this feature is implemented, you would still need to open and update each template, though.
