Greetings can I change my email address that I used to register the purchase?

I should have used "tech@whtvandvideo.co.uk" the work one and not a personal one "badploy@hotmail.com"

It was rather confusing to start with and even now I am trying to work out what I am entitled to.

For now I just need to sort out the email issue.

there's account in our system registered with tech@whtvandvideo.co.uk email. Is it your second account?

It is!!

I Just registered that one after I realised I had made the error.

I hope it can be rectified and the "tech@" account be given the product access.

After all work did pay for the subscription!!

I've registered with the wrong email.

Most of my emails are .co.za being South African; However my new emails are .com and I ended my registered email address with the .co.za as opposed to .com
This is why I cannot verify my email address.

How can I effect the change of rectifying my email ?
