Slow & will not load

I have been an Artisteer user in the past and just purchased Themler today. I downloaded the desktop version and have installed it but when I open Themler and select my CMS it just loads a blank screen with a Themler logo and says "waiting for account.billiondigital.com..."

I have let ti sit for 20 minutes and nothing. I have closed and tried to re-open the program with the same results.
I have also noticed that I am unable to confirm my email address (as a new user) as the confirmation link loads a page that also will not load after 20 minutes. This leads me to believe that your website / system is having an issue right now.

Being that I just installed the program I suspect that I have to enter my license and so I hope this is only a one-time issue and that once the site is fixed, and I have entered my registration information I will be able to use the desktop program without these internet issues?

The same for me, I think they have problems with servers, a few hrs ago it worked. It stops at "waiting for account.billiondigital.com".

But just for new users too right? It's a desktop application once it is registered there is no need for you to even have internet?

There is nobody at work over weekend to restart servers. Dont they have one person on duty who can do it from home.

I haven't been able to do anything all weekend!!! Their last update rendered my theme useless, it just goes into this endless loop of trying to update and getting error (I did submit ticket just waiting for response) Then I tried to reset chrome appdata as suggested in these forums and when I tried to run themler from Wordpress and/or desktop to see if that worked, it wouldn't even load cause their servers where down.

Needless to say Monday I will not meet my project deadline. THANKS!!!

Mine started working today

I've opened it for the first time and I'm kind of confused. It never asked me for a key or login so is it still in free mode? Does anyone know where the instructions are for importing my artisteer templates? I only purchased this because it would import my templates but when I try to it just tells me it can't open the file type. I tried both artx and zip formats.

It looks like you need to use artisteer to export as a themler supported theme? So I got to newest version of artisteer as recommended but it wont run it says my subscription isn't valid? WTF I just bought this yesterday. The artisteer page clearly shows you get both for the same price.

I only want to import one single template. This entire weekend experience has been horrible. I'm really regretting buying this product.

Holy hell, is this a joke? I can't even create a new theme and save it to my PC! You can only save to the cloud - so the entire program is just unusable when their servers are down? I'm not allowed to keep my own files on my PC? I feel like I have been scammed.

Yup!!! pretty much!!! Server down = You aint working!!!! My theme is rendered useless right now and I lost a whole weekend of work that I was hoping to do to meet a deadline but looks like that wont happen... Its been 23 hours since my last ticket reply and haven't heard anything since. I just hope I didnt lose all my work!!!

Themler.com is working without a problem right now.
Should any of you experience any problem connecting to themler.com, open/saving projects on cloud, open/saving Themler Desktop please submit new private topic

Been like that since I got it, too. I cannot do anything with it. Asked for money back. Refused. Gone back to Artisteer hoping that they finally come out with something that was worth paying for because my opinion right now is it isnt. Artisteer works well BTW even under Win 10.

I have downloaden the desktop application.
If I don't have a internetconnection, this software won't work.

The desktop version requires internet connection for saving and exporting the files. Unfortunately it can not be fully-functioning without the internet access for whole the time.
