Okay, Now it isnt really funny.
Tried nearly 30 minutes, tried different browsers, delete cache dotzends of times...
nothing works.

WHATS WRONG HERE!??? How could something like this be!!!?

What I did:
Uploaded existing theme. Installed in latest JVersion. Tried to OPEN and EDIT Theme.
Then this error occurs...

To fix the problem relating the error message" Sorry, an error has occurred. Please clear your browser cache. "

This error in my experience, was caused by a faulty Joomla template which when closed stopped Themler opening up a new
template of the same type.

To resolve this; go to the folder in which the Themler software is installed (mine is situated in the ProgramData folder
in the 'C' drive for example).

You will see a folder named 'templates'

Click on this folder to open it and there you will see the template names you have stopped within
(in my case) Joomla CMS. (I created a shortcut to thius folder to clean-up unwanted templates).

Delete the last template you were working on immediately prior to the problem occurring (do NOT delete anything else); and then exit all folders.

Now re-open Themler and select the CMS option that was causing your the problem, which in my case was a Joomla template.

Joomla CMS shopuld now open properly.

Hope this helps...

Helps this.
1. Copy the template to another site.
2. To install a template.
3. Open it in Themler.
4. Save the template with a different name.
5. To install a template to a website where there were problems.

Hello,

The reasons for the issue can be various. Still we would recommend to try these steps first:
1) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://appcache-internals
find your website and click on 'Remove Item'

2) Open this URL in Chrome:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
select 'Cached images and files ' and click on 'Clear Data' (please don't check other check-boxes).

3) Reload your Themler Editor.

Let us know if the issue is still present.

Sincerely,
Nettie

Hello,

Looks like there are several different issues referred to.

p.kolivas,

I see from another topic that the new version with support for Virtuemart 3.6 worked for you. Let us know if there are still any issues.

Seppe,

Please try the following:
1) close Themler
2) open Windows Explorer and type %LocalAppData% in the address bar
3) find & rename Themler directory
4) start Themler again

Pitter,

We are sorry for delay. We will continue investigation on your issue as soon as possible and answer in your initial topic.

Sincerely,
Nettie
