Has anyone out there ran into this server permissions error using a WINDOWS server? All I had found in the forums was this http://answers.themler.com/questions/3242/insufficient-permissions. This uses the Linux system. Admin here has changed all persmissions, writes, etc... and still not able to use Themler through Wordpress. Any other options to get it to save working through Wordpress? thanks

Support team, is there an answer to my prior question? Please reply if there is a way to have Themler work through Wordpress using a Windows server. Thanks

Could you please attach your broken WP theme to this ticket for investigation.
It is stored inside the following folder:

C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_somedigits\wordpress\wp-content\themes

Thanks,

Attached is the .zip theme you are requesting. Also attached is the properties image message I get. I don't understand why you are requesting the theme folder as my original question was "Has anyone out there ran into this server permissions error using a WINDOWS server? " We are using a WINDOWS server. Let me know what the answer is. thanks

Hi,

As soon as free McAfee version doesn't allow to make an exception the only possible solution for you is to disable your antivirus completely while working with Themler.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks,
Ivan
