Themler just deleted most of my website...

Themler just deleted most of the sections of my website, didn't allow me to undo anything (pressing the undo button amounted to nothing happening at all), and seems to have saved its progress, as when I restarted Themler -- in the hopes of being able to pick up from when I last saved -- there are now only two sections of my website left.

Fantastic.

Any way of getting my work back?

I've had to recreate the missing sections from scratch, as I couldn't find a way to restore my original work.

No idea why Themler randomly decided to delete these sections, but I'm now saving copies of my theme after every major revision, in case this happens again.

Hello,
Themler includes the autosave functionality so it is possible to restore the theme if Themler crashes.
But the problem you describe is not known one. In fact it should not happen.
Please contact us if you encounter this problem again.

regards,
Aileen

Themler just deleted the entire joomla article on my static front page after repeated 503 errors involving access to themler.io.
I will now have to reconstruct the whole thing as I can see no way of retrieving it. Any thoughts on how I can a) retrieve the deleted data or b) stop it from happening again.

Hi,

I'm not sure why it happened. We had some server issues before, but they were fixed 15 hours ago. If the issue happened in that time, we are sorry and hope that you have a back up of your site. If the issue is not related to this server issue, then check your server permissions, they should be like this:

Sincerely,
Hella

The folders have the correct permissions (755). The system works sometimes, but meets the 503 error sometimes. Today, themler decided to update the template (although it was already up to date) and when it finished, I had 4 new sections added to my front page.

I checked the console and got the output attached when the 503 error occurred (also attached)
It seems to be while loading resources from themler.io

Hi,

Sorry for the delay. Does the issue continue?
Everything should be ok now.

Thank you,
Olivia
