I can't save or extract my joomla template after software update. Something is wrong with users permissions. Please help me as fast as You can.

Hello,

Are you using Themler desktop? If so, could you please attach theme .zip and provide log file created with Themler Diagnostics Tool according to this instruction:

Hello,
I have only log file because I can't generate zip file with template. And yes I use desktop version.

Hello,
Have you some solution for me? I' ve paid for this software and can't use it. Before last update everything was great. After update when I'm clicking save or export as zip I see this (included) alert.

I have this problem also, but It works on another computer. Do you have a second pc?
Otherwise, reinstall Themler.

please follow the same steps to create a log file. Submit a new topic and attach the log there.
