If I download Themler for WordPress and install Themler into my client's WordPress website, will my client be able to use Themler and change his website theme? If so, my client is 'not' design literate and I'm afraid of him messing things up and then I have to go in and fix it...

He will. But he will have access to your Billiontheme account. Your Invoices, Subscriptions, Profile, can change your mail, password and became owner of TH licence.
It is up to you if you want to share your licence with other people. Dont complain if something goes wrong.

If you can explain to the TH developers how would they avoid warez and pirating by making option for multiple separate accounts per one licence, I guess they will be in mood to listen to your advices.

Maybe they invent something, right now nothing comes up in my mind.

Hi,

Your client will be see the Themler tab if the theme was exported with the editor included. He will be able to open that tab, but won't be able to save the changes unless you give him your login details.
If you export the theme without editor, the Themler tab won't appear in the back end, but you also won't be able to edit it or import in the application for further editing.

Sincerely,
Hella

I'm new to Themler and I didn't know you could export out the theme 'without' the Themler editor. So basically I would handle it the same way as I've been doing for years with Artisteer. Create the theme, export it out and then upload to the server.

What I haven't figured out yet is how to export the theme from Themler and be able to tell Themler where I want the theme saved to on my computer. I want total control as to where I want Themler files to go on my computer so I can easily find the theme(s) and upload them to the server. Just like the control I have in Artisteer. I also want to be able to do a Save As to anywhere I designate on my computer.

Hi,

You are trying to save the theme from your live site or from the desktop version? In any case it is a browser option that will ask you where to save the file.
In the desktop version right click on the application window in the top and choose Open browser window. Then follow the instructions on how to change the downloads folder in Chrome:

For the live site use the instructions in the link above as well.

Sincerely,
Hella
