Hi, I have found that if you put a menu in the header, than look at it in responsive view, it doesn't open correctly, but if you put the menu outside of the header, it will work properly and will push the content under it like it should....

Please fix this...

Thanks,
Shaul.

BTW, this is how Bootstrap 3 by default works,
but it's possible to fix.

Hello - I am also running into this issue. I have my hmenu inside of my header, but it seems to be hidden behind other objects when viewed in responsive mode... I've tried pushing z-index but that doesnt help either. Is this an issue with the new "header" & "footer" options that were recently changed?
