Themler will always be downloaded as a fully functional free demo with no time limit but with some use limitations which can be unlocked if you purchase Themler subscription.
The DEMO mode allows to install Themler Desktop for Windows/Mac or Themler theme on your CMS, start Themler and make changes. But it does not allow to save changes to the theme and export it as ZIP.
