In order to load Themler, WP user should have
edit_themes permissions.
If you're working with
multisite feature, you should be logged as
SuperAdmin.
To edit Themler's theme from WordPress admin back-end please select Themler > Run Themler menu:
Please note that Themler's theme should be active, otherwise the necessary menu is not available.
The other way to open an active theme in Themler is to use the Customize button:
NOTE: You may not see the Themler admin Menu if you disabled Theme Editor for all users in the WP wp-config.php file by adding the following line:
define('DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT', true);

Headline and Slogan
The text of Headline and Slogan Controls can be changed under the Settings >> General >> Site Title and Tagline.
Logo
The Logo image URL can be changed in Appearance >> Theme Options >> Logo image url. To make the Logo clickable, add a custom URL into the Logo link href field.
Working with Menus
Adding a Vertical Menu
A Vertical menu is usually a secondary website navigation section.
Vertical menu is a widget, therefore it can be added only from a WordPress back-end.
To add a Vertical Menu widget, switch to "WordPress Admin Panel" from the Theme in the Top Menu Area. Go to Appearance >> Widgets and drag and drop "Vertical Menu" widget to the desired widget area (usually it's a Primary Widget Area).
Switch back to Themler to customize styles for your menu (go to Appearance >> Themes, find your theme and click "Customize" or go to Theme >> Themler).
Adding Top Menu
Top Menu is a menu that usually contains"system" menu items such as "Site Admin" and "Log in/Log out".
However, it can also be used as a second horizontal menu.
To add the Top Menu control, go to Add Control >> Navigation >> Top Menu.
To be able to edit the Top Menu in a CMS back-end, press "Apply Theme to CMS" from Theme in Top Menu Area. Please note that Top Menu items "Site Admin" and "Log in/Log out" cannot be edited from the WordPress back-end, however it is possible to add different menu items instead of "Site Admin" and "Log in/Log out". So, the Top Menu can also be used as a second horizontal menu. To do that, simply press the option "Top Navigation" for the desired menu when editing it from Appearance >> Themes.
Check the option
"Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu" if you want all new pages created in the future to be added to this menu.
Working with Widget Areas
To see the list of available widget areas from the WordPress back-end, go to Appearance >> Widgets.
Drag and drop the desired widget into one of the Widget Areas to activate it.
Use the Sidebar control from Add Control >> Other to create new widget areas. Once you place it somewhere in a theme, a new widget area will be created.
Click "Apply Theme to CMS" from Theme in Top Menu Area and then "WordPress Admin Panel" to switch to the WordPress back-end. Go To Appearance >> Widgets to see a new "Sidebar-1 Widget Area":
Use the Footer Widget Area control to create new widget areas in Footer.

Advanced Theme Options
Here are some of the options that you might not be aware of:
If you go to Appearance >> Theme Options, you'll find some extra options to customize the theme:
Check the option "Make Header clickable" and enter the link in the "Header link" field to make your Header to forward you to a specific page every time it's clicked.
Enter a link in "Logo image url" field if you want your old logo image to be replaced with a new one. And enter a link into "Logo link href" if you want the Logo URL to be different from URL specified in "Header link" field
You can choose a "Default menu source" in Theme Options. It will be displayed when Appearance >> Menu >> Primary menu is not set. You can choose between Pages, Categories, and Products Categories.
