Footer Link Menu Control is a Magento specific control that creates a secondary menu in the Footer.
Usage
This control can be added under Property Window >> Add Control >> Navigation >> Footer Link Menu.
This control allows you to create a secondary horizontal menu in Footer. It is located inside the Footer control. Usually Footer control includes Row with Columns control and Footer Link Menu is located in one of Columns, but you may also locate it directly inside Footer control.

The links which are output in Footer Link Menu are added via the Magento administration area - you cannot add or remove links in the template.
Footer Link Menu includes three tabs: Navigation Bar, Menu, and Item.
Under the Navigation Bar tab, you may specify common settings like Positioning, Fix on Screen, display in different responsive modes, etc.
Under the Menu tab, you can set up the links area design, and you may also apply style options such as Background, Border, Shadow, etc.
Under the Item tab, you can select the style options for the top level items. They're the same as the Menu tab options, and also include additional options which allow you to edit font and paragraph settings, specify an icon image, and edit its shape.
The Reset to Default button resets the button settings back to the default button style.
The Set as Default button makes the current button design the default. Subsequently added buttons will utilize the same settings.
Different settings can be used for the Default, Hovered, and Pressed modes.
