To check all subscriptions for Themler, Photos, Themes, Projects, and products from the Marketplace available for your account, please log in to your account and open your account details by clicking your Username in the top right corner of any of BillionDigital websites and select Subscriptions, or by clicking on this link:

How do I see my invoices?
Invoices for all your orders can be accessed from your account details link at the top right corner of any of BillionDigital websites by selecting Invoices, or by clicking on this link: https://themler.com/User/Orders
A more detailed invoice can be obtained from BlueSnap (Payment Gateway). For this option, please contact Bluesnap Support
Is there any way to change invoice details?
To edit or add more details to your invoice, please contact Bluesnap Support.
Do you offer refunds for purchased subscriptions?
We do not offer any refunds because you may try all services before purchasing. An exception can be made in such case as the trial subscription for Photos expired and a monthly subscription launched automatically, you have contacted BillionDigital support right away, and under the condition that no images have been downloaded since that occurred.
Can I transfer my subscription to another?
Please contact BillionDigital Support.
Do you offer monthly subscriptions to Themler?
Unfortunately, monthly subscriptions are not supported at this time. Currently only yearly subscriptions are available.
I only purchased a trial subscription on BillionPhotos. Why are you still billing me?
According to BillionPhotos Recurring Payment Terms, all trial subscriptions convert to monthly subscriptions if not canceled within the specified trial period(7 days).
How do I cancel the BillionPhotos Trial/Recurring Subscription.
The option to cancel subscriptions is available under your Profile >> Subscriptions. The "Unsubscribe" button will be available next to the subscription details:
