Standard WordPress Export/Import
There is standard Export/Import method that allows you to move content between two WordPress websites.
1. Go to the WordPress admin on the website that has data that you want to move
2. Click Tools > Export

3. Go to the WordPress admin on the second website
4. Click
Tools >
Import
5. Select
Wordpress
Note: You will still need to specify Primary Navigation in WP Appearance >> Menus manually - otherwise, the default Horizontal Menu source will be used instead. You can find more information about how to manage Horizontal Menus here
Additional Plug-ins
The Standard method does not import/export Widgets - you may try one of following plug-ins:
